How long does it take to sell a house?
While the timeframe for receiving an offer on your property can vary greatly (due to price, condition, location, and marketability), the typical timeframe in KC from an accepted offer to closing is 30 to 45 days. This can vary depending on the type of financing the buyer is using, and what loan program they qualify for.
Do you take your own listing photos?
No. We use professional photography for all of our listings, regardless of price range. We use Don James with Magnetic Fish Images, and would be happy to provide examples from past properties. He is very talented and we are proud to have him on our team.
Can you assist with staging?
Yes. If your property needs it, we can connect you with a variety of professional staging services in the area. We are happy to walk through and help prioritize any changes needed in the home before we get it on the market. Typically, a good deep clean and decluttering of a house will make it look much more market ready. We also have several professional cleaners in the area we are happy to recommend.
Can you help me buy my new house?
Of course! We would love to help you on the buy side, as well. We service the entire KC metro area and are all licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. If you are relocating out of the area, we are also able to connect you with one of our referral partners in many cities across the nation.
Do you have an administrative assistant?
Yes, Angela is our lovely admin and she is great. While you may not hear from her much (as she is working hard behind the scenes), she is always available to assist in any way. You can reach her at [email protected].
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, if you are unhappy with our services for any reason, or feel we are not representing you fully, we will gladly release you from any exclusive listing agreement we have in place. (We ask for this request in writing with a twenty four hour turnaround.)
