After you list your home with me, if you are not satisfied with our service, if you feel we made promises that were not fulfilled, or if you simply decide not to sell your home, we guarantee you the right to cancel our listing agreement.

I provide this option at any time prior to accepting an offer to purchase your home, with no penalties or obligations. All we ask for is a 48 hour written notice to terminate the listing. Your listing will be returned, no questions asked. Success in real estate is selling houses fast and for top dollar. I am confident our systems will meet your expectations.
