Hi, I’m Tracy Moran and I’m a Kansas City transplant of 15 years that lives in Northland. I was born and raised on Coronado Island in sunny San Diego, California, and grew up with a Father who owned and operated his own real estate business on the island.I got my real estate license in California at a young age and worked there for many years before relocating to Kansas City. I am a wife and mother to three High School aged kids and spend my free time on our hobby farm which currently is home to chickens and Kunekune pigs. Being that I relocated here from California, I tend to specialize in helping people relocate from out-of-state and have helped many with that challenging move. I sell primarily residential, multi-unit investment properties, and land (hobby farms - I love animals!!) I am licensed in MO and KS and still assist as a referral agent in other states (mostly California and Florida). When I help people with real estate transactions, our relationship typically does not end when the transaction ends. I joke that my clients are then my friends for life! I also pride myself on being a continual resource and referral source for them going forward. Most importantly, I’m honest and trustworthy, and super passionate about what I do for a living.
